ABSTRACT
Pro-Reliability Solutions (PRS) have developed a powerful and innovative online digital platform called AssetCoreXL that integrates essential reliability engineering tools to your plant assets whilst creating a living program over the life cycle. AssetCoreXL aligns Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems to core reliability data that resultantly transforms qualitative decisions to quantitative predictions through data analytics.
To manage change, actual live data from the EAM system (CMMS, Process Intelligence (PI) , Condition Monitoring (CM) databases) is collected over time and subsequently used to interpret component failure characteristics within the data analytics module and in turn make the correct decisions to improve plant reliability.
The following presentation will provide attendees an insight on the benefits of a data driven decision making process during a live demonstration and highlight how data analytics of asset performance data is used to create a living program combining the following methodologies.

ABSTRACT
Old timber structures, particularly those in cultural heritage, require a delicate and elaborate survey and evaluation of wood condition in order to establish the species’ properties, the risk of biological damage, the load bearing capacity and the adequacy of technical detailing.
The article presents the methodology used in determination of old wood properties and selected results on examples of Croatian historic structures during restoration processes after earthquakes in 2020.

ABSTRACT
With the increasing complexity of technical systems and the rising costs of their development, construction, operation and maintenance, the reliability and availability of systems are recognized as important factors for the quality of the entire process.
This is especially important for systems whose failure can cause large economic losses or endanger human safety. The focus is on the performance assessment indexes: reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS). RAMS is a generic term for the analysis performed in the early phases of an industrial or construction project.
With the improved RAMS processes and tools, we can optimize equipment life cycle costs, resulting in global trade-offs between reliability, maintainability, and logistical support allocation to meet the dependability and safety requirements.

ABSTRACT
The strong earthquakes that occurred in 2020 in Zagreb, and then in Petrinja, made up the sum. estimated damage of HRK 128 billion. At the same time, they reminded us that we live in an earthquake area where earthquakes up to twenty times stronger than these can occur. There have been no strong earthquakes in the Republic of Croatia for too long, and the old buildings have not been fortified or properly maintained for decades.
The lack of systematic programs that would encourage the strengthening of the construction of buildings built by the beginning of the 20th century and their poor maintenance, and unsettled property relations have contributed to the constant neglect of buildings. At the end of 2020, the Long-Term Strategy for the Renewal of the State Construction Fund until 2050 was adopted.
The main goal of the Long-Term Strategy, based on the established economic and energy optimal model of building renovation, is to identify effective measures for long-term promotion of cost-effective integrated renovation of the National Construction Fund of the Republic of Croatia by 2050, including all buildings. Integral reconstruction includes: overall decarbonization, promotion of urban sustainability, electromobility and fire and risk protection from increased seismic activity

Previše dugi period nije bilo snažnih potresa u Republici Hrvatskoj i stare zgrade se nisu kroz više desetljeća pojačavale niti primjereno održavale.
